Lucknow University Entrance Exam Syllabus & Pattern

Admissions to the PG programs will be given on the basis of entrance test based on the UG syllabus of Lucknow University. The details of the test (except for LL.B. three year and Faculty of Fine Arts) are given in Below of the PG admission guidelines. The entrance test details for LL.B. (three year) are given in Below while that for the faculty of Fine Arts are given in Below of this PG admission guidelines.

For the PG programs[except LL.B. (Three Year)and MCA] the question paper will be divided into three sections

Section A – This section would comprise of five questions of 5 marks each. Candidates would have to answer all of them in not more than 50 words for each question. This section would account for a total of 25 marks.

Section B – This section would comprise of three questions. Candidates would have to answer any two of them in not more than 150 words for each question. Each question will be divided into a minimum of two segments. Each question would be for 15 marks. Therefore this section would account for a total of 30 marks.

Section C – This section would comprise of two questions. Candidates would have to answer any one of them in not more than 300 words. Each question will be divided into a minimum of two segments. The question would be for 20 marks. Therefore this section would account for a total of 20 marks.

For LL.B. (Three Year)and MCA program

The entrance test will comprise of 100multiple choice questions to be answered in 90 minutes. The entrance test for LL.B. (Three Year) would comprise of the following Indian Polity: Structure and Functions General Awareness Logical Aptitude Mental Ability The entrance test for MCA would comprise of the following Questions on BCA level General Awareness Logical Aptitude Mental Ability.

Marking Pattern – Each question will be of 4 marks. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Zero mark will be awarded for each un-attempted question.

1. The entrance test will comprise of 100 objective type questions to be answered in 90 minutes. For faculty of fine Arts the entrance test will comprise of 50 objective type questions to be answered in 60 minutes. Marking Pattern Each question will be of 4 marks. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Zero mark will be awarded for each un-attempted question.

2. The Entrance Test of the B.V.A./ B.F.A., all Diploma and Certificate courses will be based on practical and written examination. There will be three parts of the examination :-

• Written examination 50 objective type questions related with Art and general awareness. 200 Marks
• Object Drawing in pencil with light and shade 100 Marks
• Memory drawing in pencil 100 Marks

UG Entrance Exam Pattern

In The Entrance Test There Will Be Questions From Subjects That Are Taught In The Intermediate Level In Various Boards Like UP Board, ISC And CBSE. If Any Applicant Wants To Crack This Examination He/ She Have To Practice Hard. An Applicant Needs To Real All These Given Topics To Succeed In The Examination.
